Al-kisah I encountered one incident where I purchased a "beauty-health" product from an online seller. Product ane ialah susu kambing, yang kononnya merupakan makanan sunnah yang sudah dicampurkan dengan bahan-bahan berkhasiat lain such as dates and honey. I've heard and read a lot of things about the benefits of susu kambing, honey and dates especially to pregnant mom. And so being me, memang tah gatal hati kan mencuba susu kambing sunnah ane hehehe...
I pre-ordered Susu Kambing perisa Vanilla from an online seller di Facebook. There's nothing fishy when dealing with this seller. Ia pun selalu update her parcel and tracking number in a Whatsapp group.
In about a week, susu kambing ane pun sampai. Di bawah ialah gambar yang di send by the seller herself, to update the arrival of the items:
Memang aku suspicious sikit dengan gambar yang ia hantar pasal the box is not properly sealed or no plastic packaging arah box nya.
When I personally received the item, bertambah-tambah lah lagi suspicious ku:
1) Item atu nada bar code on its packging.
2) Inda jelas siapa atau dari mana pengilang nya. But this product is manufactured for "PLATINUM BEAUTY" yang beralamat di Taman Dusun Muda, Cheras, which atu pun nada dapat di trace dalam Google/ Map/ Waze. Even website, Facebook or Instagram account of Platinum Beauty ane nada! Most media social accounts yang related to this Susu Kambing is from online seller saja, yang sakan berjual untuk melariskan product ane sambil memasukan testimoni putih-gebu segala...
3) Sticker "originality" of the product atu pun meragukan. On the sticker ada lambang "made in USA" tapi there's no further info pasal pengilang nya jua. Hmmmmmm...Miana kan tu???
Situasi terakhir yang makin aku kurang confident untuk consume benda ane is when I opened a sachet of this susu kambing. Initially aku order perisa vanilla kan....sekali once opened and tambah air panas, susu kambing ane berubah jadi pink. Rasa nya pun "Yuccckkkk!"😟
I can't really tell whether the susu kambing is an authentic or a fake product. I just assumed that this product is not good for my own consumption berdasarkan banyak keraguan ku di atas. I immediately contacted the seller and told her about the situation.
I understand that this is not entirely her fault. Tapi as a seller, she/he/they should always check barang yang diambil dari supplier, making sure barang yang durang kan jual is lurus, safe and bersih for consumption or use.
Situasi yang aku hadapi di atas atu sebenarnya a lesson and a reminder for myself and to you gentle reader supaya sentiasa berhati-hati sebelum purchasing products from online sellers or any vendors, especially products that you use for consumption or put on your skin.(Honestly I have no intention of meng-condemn that seller and/or the product jua).
Sekarang ane sudah banyak fake products berjual di mana-mana. Manufacturer and seller kadang-kadang lebih mengutamakan keuntungan daripada kesihatan dan/atau kebersihan produk yang durang jual.
Alhamdulilah, nasib baik this seller is willing to give me a full refund (Semoga Allah SWT menghalalkan jual-beli kami and semoga Dia jua yang membalas kejujuran serta kebaikkan seller ane). However, it will the last time I purchase the susu kambing or any health and/or beauty product from her.
Anyway, I am also relief to learn that di negara ketani, Kerajaan Kebawah Duli melalui Kementerian Kesihatan sentiasa memantau and membuat spot check on items yang berjual di negara ane. So thumbs up MOH sebab menjalankan tugas yang diamanahkan :)
