Assalamualaikum job-seeker,
Selain mencari dan memohon pekerjaan melalui PSC Recruitment dan Jobcentre Brunei, I am pretty sure biskita ada jua pernah mencari-cari dan memohon pekerjaan melalui website atau social media. Probably biskita rancak menghantar-hantar CV through both mails and email to these prospect employers.
For this post, I intend to highlight beberapa perkara penting jika biskita ingin memohon pekerjaan melalui email:
1. Use a "professional" email address
Nobody will take you seriously if you use email address macam ane: "PwencesManja123@hotmail.com". Therefore, it is more appropriate memakai email yang ada (ringkasan) nama sendiri. Contoh: Nurul.Afiqah@hotmail.com. Sounds more professional kan?
2. Subjek
Pastikan email permohonan pekerjaan biskita ada "subjek". For example: Memohon Jawatan Kosong sebagai (nama Jawatan). Ane bagi memastikan bakal majikan tahu tujuan email atu dihantar. Sometimes bisduranag ane menerima banyak email setiap hari. Kalau email atu dari seseorang yang inda dikenali, ditakuti kana label as "spam" dan akan di delete.
3. Isi Email
Jangan dibiarkan isi email biskita kosong dan hanya memasukkan attachment CV biskita sahaja. Jangan jadi pemalas okay!
Sebaiknya take time to briefly introduce yourself and your background in your email, kirakan macam a cover letter dalam email.
Berikut adalah relevant information that can be included in your email:
4. Format untuk resume dan lain-lain dokumen
Sebaiknya gunak format pdf untuk resume dan lain-lain dokumen. Tujuannya ialah supaya isi resume dan dokumen-dokumen yang biskita hantar inda tertukar formatnya apabila dibuka di laptop atau komputer bakal majikan. Jadi CV dan dokumen penting tersebut masih lagi tersusun seperti yang biskita hantar jua.
Namakan jua dokumen-dokumen yang dihantar atu e.g. ResumeNurulAfiqah.pdf, SijilHNDNurulAfiqah.pdf dan lain-lain.
5. Always check email yang dikarang and attachment
Sesudah siap everything, please check balik email biskita sebelum disend. Check segala kesalahan ejaan atau ayat dan semua attachment yang dihantar atu lurus, nda tersalah sijil-sijil peradian dihantar.

My contoh also may not be as good and as "padat" information nya macam yang diatas, but I hope it can give you some ideas and individuality in your email.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Alhamdulilah, ada a few schools and companies took some time to reply to my email (walaupun kana reject or nada vacancy).

- Maklumat perhubungan biskita (Nombor telefon/ emel)
- Memaklumkan bahawa emel biskita menyertakan dokumen-dokumen lain seperti CV, sijil-sijil dan lain-lain.
- Ucapan penutup dan Terima Kasih
